The Zermatt

On June 11th, Steve got two rooms for free up in Midway at the Zermatt which is a nice resort up in Midway with a swiss feel to it. Steve and I stayed in the Suite and we invited Elliot and Katie up to stay in the other room.

This was the beautiful view from our balcony.

This was our Kitchen table.

This was our King size bed.

Our family room area.

And the jetted tub!

Fire place and plasma screen tv.

We went out and ate with Elliot and Katie when they got there. Then they came over and we talked and laughed for a long time, Elliot is super funny. Then Steve and I ate breakfast at the Zermatt in the morning, it was good but a little over priced. We had a ton of fun and we hope that Elliot and Katie did too!

Kimber's Graduation!

My sister-in-law Kimberlee graduated from high school on May 29th. She was a starter on the basketball team and volleyball team this year, and her basketball team took State. She made the first team All State in basketball, she won who's who in FBLA this year which I don't know exactly what that means but it pretty much means that she is like the best FBLA person ever! She also is the Dairy princess for Wasatch County, but we won't know if she is the State Dairy Princess until next year. And she graduated from high school with high honors. So pretty much she is smart, pretty, and talented so watch out Provo boys here she comes!

Bountiful Temple

Steve's really good friend from high school Dave got married on May 9th, we were invited to their luncheon, it was really nice it was on a golf course. Anyway it was up in Bountiful so Steve and I decided to go to a session afterwards at the temple since neither of us had been before, and I have a goal to go to as many temples as I can before I start having kids. It is really pretty on the outside, And they have this glass case around a garden when you walk in. On the inside it has a bunch of earthy tones, which isn't exactly my style but that's okay!

Wicked!

On April 18th, I got to go to Wicked, because my wonderful sister Esther and her husband Bryan waited outside in line all night for us so that we could all go. Isn't she the best ever. Anyway I thought I took pictures but I can't find them so I will have to ask my husband when he gets home. We went to Octavio's first to eat and it was super good. Then we headed up to Salt Lake, I got to sit with my mom and my husband. We all really liked it. I had no idea how funny it would be. Esther, Bryan, Elliot and Katie sat by each other. Then we went to the cheese cake factory afterwards for the sweetest, richest cheese cake ever. I had a ton of fun.

Manti Temple

Then weekend of April 11-12 Steve and I and his family stayed the night in Manti and then we went to a session that next day. It was really neat to do a session the day before Easter, it really helps me remember everything the Savior did for us. The Manti Temple is gorgeous on the inside, it might even be my favorite, I don't know though it is up there with the Salt Lake Temple. If you haven't gone you totally should it is only a little over an hour away from Orem and Provo

Brooke Emma Buell

So it is time for me to play a little catch-up. It has been a while since I have posted, but my defense I have been sick lately, the Dr. thinks that I passed a Kidney Stone, so I feel like that is a pretty good excuse.

On to a better subject though on April 9th my sister Heather had a beautiful baby girl named Brooke Emma Buell. She was born a month early so she was so cute and tiny. And she is such a precious baby, she is so sweet and I love holding her!
